The Weekend

Weekends were made for resting.  Yes, some of us have to work the weekend, especially when we’re working on a new project or if our schedule schedules us for the Saturday and/or Sunday shift.  But, it’s important to take a weekend anyway, even if it’s not on Saturday or Sunday.  Take at least one day a week to relax, re-energise and get yourself together.  Rest, eat, drink good fluids and take care of yourself.  That’s priority number 1!
